The campsite is situated on the edge of the
'Parc naturel régional Périgord Limousin'.

The area is ideal for walking or cycling (ATB).

the “mairie” or the offices of Tourism in
Thiviers, La Coquille and Jumilhac le Grand.

St. JORY DE CHALAIS is part of the
 “Communauté de Communes du Pays de Jumilhac”
which is a governing body of 7 municipalities in the region.
There are several daily and weekly markets in the vicinity. The oldest and largest can be found in Piégut-Pluviers on Wednesdays and closer to home is the market at Thiviers every Saturday morning. Other markets held regularly in the region.

Oradour sur Glane is not to be missed.
